Stocked items are in house and will ship out same day when the order is placed by 2PM EST. If one of these items is on backorder and shows “out of stock”, please expect longer production times.
Custom Items:
Custom items are produced on demand, and production varies by item. Production time is generally 15+ business days after the order is placed plus transit time. However during current times some orders may be up to 4-6 weeks for production time. Custom items can not be returned.

Echo Dot 5th Gen is what you need to upgrade from the 4th Gen, through both are pretty identical outside:
- 5th Gen use a slightly bigger speaker driver inside that means better audio quality.
- 5th Gen removed the 3.5mm audio output as seldom people use it now.
- 5th Gen added the temp and accelerometer sensors that makes more features become possible: control temperature and tap snooze an alarm or tap to pause music for example.
